TikTok ships its safe zone as downloadable template files rather than percentages, and says the area changes with orientation, caption length and added formats. Drawing an approximate frame would leave the wrong part empty.
My visual is not 9:16 — what happens?
The frame stands for the vertical screen, so a different ratio leaves gaps in the preview and the tool says so. Live, the platform places your visual by its own rules.
