Where Metadata.io is stronger
- B2B audiences. Metadata.io builds audiences from firmographic and technographic data, Bombora and G2 intent, retargeting, native LinkedIn and Meta criteria and CSV uploads. Suppression lists keep out the accounts you do not want to target.
- Autonomous execution. Metadata.io says it sets up, runs and optimises campaigns autonomously, and its optimisers adjust bids and budget allocations within your account settings. New campaigns can be reviewed as drafts before launch. Mecrio does not optimise campaigns on its own; every change waits for your approval.
- Experiments at scale. It tests combinations of audience, creative, offer, bid and budget, scales the winners and stops the losers automatically. Creative variants rotate, and winners are promoted without manual work.
- Pipeline and account-level reporting. Metadata.io connects to CRMs such as Salesforce, HubSpot and Pipedrive and reports campaign spend alongside CRM pipeline outcomes. It shows which companies view, engage with or convert on ads, including accounts that never fill out a form.
- More channels and more ways to work. Its channel list adds ChatGPT Ads, programmatic display, connected TV, out-of-home and audio. You can also work with it in ChatGPT, on its iPhone app or from your own AI agent through its MCP server.
- Enterprise support. Optional services add human onboarding, campaign architecture and creative strategy, and Metadata.io states SOC 2 Type II, ISO 27001 and ISO 27701 certifications.
Where Mecrio is different
- Nine platforms to set up and publish on. Alongside Meta, Google Ads, LinkedIn, Microsoft Advertising, Reddit and X, Mecrio builds and manages campaigns on TikTok, Pinterest and Snapchat, which are not in the channel list Metadata.io publishes. Supported campaign types differ by platform.
- Checks before publishing. Text limits, media sizes and platform rules are flagged before a campaign goes live.
- Paused by default, paid by you. Campaigns are created paused in your own ad account, and you pay each platform directly. Mecrio takes no cut of your ad spend.
- Approval for every change. Mecrio AI, built on Anthropic's Claude, answers with your own campaign data and prepares changes. It applies nothing until you approve.
- Free during beta, in Turkish and English. Mecrio is free during beta with daily limits, so your ad budget does not change what you pay Mecrio. The interface works in Turkish and English.
Who should choose which
Choose Metadata.io if you run enterprise B2B paid campaigns, especially in SaaS, MarTech or cybersecurity, and want B2B audience data, CRM pipeline reporting and AI agents that run and optimise campaigns within the budgets and approvals you set. Expect a demo and a scoped proposal before you start.
Choose Mecrio if you advertise on several platforms, such as TikTok, Pinterest or Snapchat alongside Meta and Google, and want to create, check and publish campaigns for all of them from one panel, with one cross-platform report and an AI that asks before it changes anything.
